Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Once your order is placed we will not cancel or refund any pending orders.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and estimated arrival date. Tracking information will become active within 24 hours.

We only ship product to confirmed addresses.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes (including VAT), or fees which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Any charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Lost Packages

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
