How long does order processing take?

All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a second email once your order has shipped.

Where does AURI ship to?

We ship internationally. Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT once they reach your destination country. These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

What if my order is delayed or hasn’t arrived?

If you have not received your order within 10 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, contact us at info@shopaurihair.com with your name and order number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response.

Does AURI ship to P.O. boxes?

At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. An adult signature is required for all deliveries.

What is AURI's return and refund policy?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

What are the payment options available?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. We also accept PayPal payments as well.
